Yes. All prices are displayed inclusive of 20% French VAT (TTC). Your invoice will show the full breakdown: price excl. VAT + VAT = total charged. You will never be charged more than the price shown.
Yes. You can upgrade from Aura to Éclat at any time — it takes effect immediately (prorated billing). You can downgrade at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel from your account settings and retain access until the end of the paid period.
